Brandon is 3rd generation family businessman and metal finisher. Grand Valley State University gave him a degree in business management and finance but he prefers to use his honorary doctorate in Left handedness (LpHd) to innovate old technologies and implement new ideas that keep Ultra Seal at the head of the pack in our industry.

Steve has 12 years of metal finishing experience. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Steve is responsible for growing our existing customer base. He also leads our quality team and is responsible for all ISO activities.

JANICE GRIER
OFFICE MANAGER
Janice oversees our daily office operations. Her focus is on customer support. Janice works to keep lines of communication open between customers and our production team. The goal is always to improve quality, service and exceed customer expectations.

ANDY HARRIS
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Andy is at the helm of our production scheduling and oversees the production team. He joined the Ultra Seal family over 10 years ago and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the area of metal finishing. Andy has an integral problem-solving attitude.

RICARDO LOPEZ
PLANT FACILITIES MANAGER
Ricardo joined the Ultra Seal family in 2006 and has a strong background in all things mechanical. He dedicates a good portion of his time working on new “special” projects because the equipment he maintains never seems to break.
