Ultra Seal’s 1955/R Systems & Sealant
We sell 1955/R Sealant and will build new or modify customers existing equipment to use it.

Ultra Seal’s 1955/R systems and sealant are revolutionizing the impregnation industry.
At the heart of the 1955/R system is our sealant – the first 100% recoverable sealant that can be recycled and reused to seal future castings. Because rinse water is also reused, you can achieve true-zero discharge.

The 1955/R systems and sealant was designed in the job shop environment, so you can be sure it will perform well on a wide range of castings such as oil pumps, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, oil pans and engine blocks. It is certified to Mil-Spec (MIL-I-17563C) and is listed on the Navy Qualified Product list (QPL-17563).
We offer both a front load and top load vacuum impregnation sealing system that can be customized to fit your production needs both in volume and floor space configuration.
We can also modify your existing system for use with the 1955/R sealant so you can take advantage of the cost saving benefits of using a superior sealant along with a true-zero water discharge.
Not only does Ultra Seal design and build vacuum impregnation equipment, we also use the 1955/R systems and sealant in our processing facility. We provide our customers a quick turn around with the assurance of quality and lower operating cost. Ultra Seal is ISO 9001-2008 certified.
Whether you are considering a new impregnation system, a modification of your existing equipment, or having your castings sealed in our processing center, we want to start a conversation and help you determine what best meets your production needs.
